Best of all, hiring from our preferred list comes with no additional vendor fees.
You're always welcome to bring in vendors from outside our network, and we'll do our best to accommodate them. However, please note that outside vendors are subject to additional fees, as we are unable to vouch for vendors we haven't worked with directly and must account for the additional oversight and coordination required to maintain our standards. All outside vendors must be approved in advance and agree to adhere to our venue policies prior to your event date.
If purchasing our Guided Planning & Coordination service, we will take care of booking preferred vendors on your behalf for your event, otherwise clients are responsible for booking their own vendors.
