We keep our corporate pricing simple and transparent. A flat hourly rate, a full-day buyout option, and a minimum spend that keeps things fair for both sides. All rates are subject to a 20% service charge.

A cleaning fee applies based on group size. For smaller groups under 30, it's on us.

Standard Fees

All events are subject to a 20% service charge applied to the total invoice. A 3% credit card convenience fee applies to card payments. Sales tax applies to food and beverage portions only. Gratuity is not required but always appreciated by our staff.

Located in Astoria, Queens — 30 minutes from Midtown via the N/W train — Atmosfera is a fully private venue within a vibrant industrial building. Your guests have exclusive access to the entire space for the duration of your event.

Up to 100 guests standing. 50–60 for seated dinner. 70–80 for seminar or presentation style.

4K projector, surround sound system, wireless microphones, business-class WiFi, and a full lighting rig.
Private Terrace
1,000 sq ft private outdoor terrace with lounge seating, outdoor bar, and garden — perfect for breaks and receptions.
Kitchen
Fully equipped professional kitchen available for licensed caterers. Drop-off catering also accommodated.
Furniture
Flexible furniture arrangements for seminars, dinners, cocktail receptions, or hybrid formats. Tables, chairs, and linens included.

5 blocks from Ditmars Blvd station (N/W line). Ample street parking available nearby.

Every booking at Atmosfera is entirely private — your team, your event, your space. No shared common areas, no other events happening simultaneously, no distractions. Just the environment your team deserves.

A full bar, handled properly.

Atmosfera holds a full liquor license and all bar service is staffed exclusively by our in-house bartenders — professional, insured, and trained to keep things running smoothly. Whether you're hosting a dry daytime session or a cocktail-forward evening, we have an option that fits.

Open Bar
Full open bar packages starting at $35 per person. Multiple tiers available with varying spirit selections and cocktail offerings. Ideal for corporate dinners, parties, and networking events.
Cash Bar
Guests purchase their own drinks directly from the bar. A great option when a hosted open bar isn't required. Minimum spend applies — $1,000 weekdays / $2,000 weekends — with a $500 deposit upfront.
Mocktail Bar
A thoughtfully curated non-alcoholic bar experience. Perfect for daytime events, dry company policies, or simply ensuring every guest is taken care of regardless of preference.
Bar Policy

All beverage service is managed exclusively by Atmosfera staff. No outside alcohol is permitted. Bar service concludes 30 minutes prior to the end of your event. For full bar package details, reach out to our booking team.

Catering at Atmosfera is tailored to your event — there's no one-size-fits-all menu. Whether you need a simple refreshment spread for a morning session or a full plated dinner for an executive event, we'll point you in the right direction.

Full Sit-Down Dinner
Full plated or family-style dinner service, staffed by our wait team. Starting at $120 per person. Menu and catering are arranged through consultation — reach out to discuss your vision and we'll build a package around it.
Preferred Catering Partners
We work with a trusted network of caterers familiar with our space — covering a wide range of cuisines and service styles. Hiring from our preferred list means no additional outside catering fees. Visit atmosfera.nyc/vendors to browse.
Outside & Drop-Off Catering
Prefer to bring your own caterer or arrange drop-off catering for a working lunch or light spread? We accommodate both, subject to our catering policies and applicable fees.
How It Works

Catering is a consultation-based service — pricing and logistics depend on your guest count, menu preferences, and service style. Reach out with your event details and our team will walk you through the options.

Submit an Inquiry
Tell us about your event — date, estimated guest count, and what you're looking to do. Our booking team will follow up with availability and a customized quote, typically within 1–2 business days.

Site Visit (Optional)
We're happy to show you the space in person. Site visits are available by appointment and take about 30–45 minutes. A great opportunity to see the layout and talk through your vision with our team.

Review & Sign
Once you're ready, we'll send over a quote and contract. Your date is held for 7 days. A 50% deposit confirms your booking — or a $500 minimum deposit if final details are still being worked out.

Show Up & Enjoy
Our team handles the setup and logistics. Your final balance is due 7 days before your event. On the day, just show up — we've got the rest covered.
Need an Invoice or W-9?

We're set up to work with corporate billing. If your company requires a formal invoice, purchase order, or W-9 for payment processing, just let us know when you reach out and we'll accommodate accordingly.
